Preferred Abbreviations
-- for "and" use the ampersand " &" symbol
-- for "with" use "w/"
When Using C* for Concerts & Special Events include venue details in the “Artist Name” field as follows:
Artist/Group Name, Venue Name (w/ address in parentheses)
• Only include the city for venues outside of Seattle – ie Bellevue, Kirkland, Everett, Olympia, etc.
• Please abbreviate Street, Avenue, Road, Drive, or Place as St, Ave, Rd, Dr, Pl
• Do NOT include periods "." after abbreviations, ie “St” not “St.”
• Do not use periods "." between directional elements such as SW, NW, NE, etc
Example of C* entry: Belinda Bloggs, Dockside Bistro (501 Columbia St NW, Olympia)

STEP 3:
Start Time |
• List start times only, do NOT include end times or duration
• List times as: 7, 7:30, 8, do NOT include the ":00" if it starts at the top of the hour
• Include “am” for morning gigs (ie 11am), but do NOT include "pm" for afternoon gigs
Examples of am: 10am, 10:30am, 10:45am
