Earshot Jazz Gold Pass Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an Earshot Jazz Gold Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility & Ticket Holder Agreement
  • The Gold Pass is available to the general public.
  • The Gold Pass and Gold Pass tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Gold Pass ticket holders must comply with venue policies and event guidelines.
  1. Ticket Pricing & Membership Discounts
  • The Gold Pass is $685 (includes fees).
  • The special introductory offer for the Gold Pass is $585 (includes fees) and is on sale for a limited time.
  • Earshot Jazz Members can purchase the Gold Pass for $600. Membership must be current at the time of purchase.
  1. Included Events & Seat Availability
  • The Gold Pass enables the holder to secure 1 (one) free ticket per concert to Earshot Jazz ticketed events.
  • Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis – they are not guaranteed. (A sold-out show is a sold-out show for Gold Pass holders too.)
  • The Gold Pass is for regular seating sections. Premier seating sections are not included.
  1. Login Usage and securing tickets to concerts
  • Secure your Gold Pass ticket for individual concerts in advance, by logging in to the Earshot Jazz secure ticketing website.
  • Select the Gold Pass ticket option from the ticket list. A 100% ticket discount will activate at checkout. If you want to purchase additional tickets in the same order, you can!
  1. Ticket Use & Transferability
  • Gold Passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
  • Any attempt to resell or transfer a Gold Pass may result in cancellation without a refund.
  1. Cancellations & Missed Concerts
  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for missed, cancelled, or postponed concerts.
  1. Sales & Availability
  • Gold Passes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  1. Compliance with Venue & Event Rules
  • Gold Pass holders must adhere to the policies of each concert venue.
  • Failure to comply with venue or event rules may result in ticket revocation without refund.
