Gregg Belisle- Chi’s CD Release/Going Away Party

Join guitarist/composer Gregg Belisle- Chi for his last show in Seattle, on December 21 at The Royal Room, as he celebrates the release of two albums: I Sang to You and the Moon and the self-titled debut from Tyrant Lizard (with bassist Carmen Rothwell and trumpeter Raymond Larsen). Belisle- Chi and his wife and vocalist, Chelsea Crabtree, will be moving to New York City in January.

The Millay Colony for the Arts Residencies

Artist Trust partners with The Millay Colony for the Arts, a nonprofit artists’ residency program and artists’ center located in Austerlitz, New York. Recipients are chosen from Fellowship applications. Applications are now available, with a deadline of January 16, 2017. More information available at artisttrust.org.

Earshot Jazz Winter Concerts

Earshot Jazz is excited to announce the lineup of concerts for its 2017 Winter/Spring series. We welcome back 2014 festival favorites, Battle Trance, to the Chapel Performance Space on January 27. Kahil El’Zabar Ethnic Heritage Ensemble, with Corey Wilkes and Hamiet Bluiett, perform at The Royal Room on February 3.
