Earshot Jazz Ticketing Policy
Earshot Jazz is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including both livestream and in-person events.
If you cannot attend an event, please consider transferring your ticket(s) to someone you know by emailing them your ticket(s). If your tickets are at will-call, email tickets@earshot.org with the new pick up name.
In the event that you cannot attend an event that you have purchased ticket(s) for and are unable to transfer the ticket(s) to someone you know, we are pleased to either:
- Apply the cost of your ticket to a future Earshot Jazz produced show
- Convert the ticket amount to a charitable Earshot Jazz donation

In the event that you cannot attend an event that you have purchased a ticket for due to COVID-19 symptoms, illness, or exposure, we can offer you these options:
- Refund the cost of your ticket
- Exchange the ticket for another Earshot Jazz performance
- Convert the ticket amount to a charitable Earshot Jazz donation

COVID-19 Health and Safety Policy
Earshot Jazz does not require proof of vaccination unless it is required by our venue partner; however, Earshot Jazz recommends that individuals be vaccinated.
