DATH Quartet is an improvising ensemble comprised of Heather Bentley, viola; Dan Clucas, cornet; Aniela Perry, cello; Tom Varner, French horn. DATH was formed in 2022 with the intention of addressing the particular sonoric challenges inherent in the unconventional quartet grouping of two string instruments and two brass, as well as the challenge faced by any improvising group: that of making sonic sense in the moment.

On this occasion DATH will be joined for the second set by master percussionist Greg Campbell.
