Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center

The Royal Room

Sea Monster Lounge

Town Hall Seattle

All spaces within Town Hall have seats reserved for those with ADA needs. The Forum and other event spaces have variable seating, but the Great Hall has fixed accessible seating.

Town Hall recommends that visitors use the 8th Avenue Entrance for events in the Great Hall and Reading Room, and the West Entrance for events in the Forum. 

This 8th Avenue entrance has a three-minute drop-off and loading zone and exists across the street from the 8th Avenue Entrance. The doors are accessible via an at-grade ramp and lead into the lobby level. From that point, patrons can access an at-grade elevator serving all three levels of the building, as well as an all-gender and ADA restroom.

This West entrance has a loading zone that exists on Seneca street, directly outside the West Entrance. The alley-path to the West Entrance door is at-grade, but Town Hall asks that you please note that the 3-minute passenger load zone on Seneca is at a steep incline. The doors lead directly into the Forum level of the building with at-grade access to the elevator serving all three levels of the building, as well as an all-gender and ADA restroom.

Please note that the block Town Hall sits upon is currently under construction, but when construction is complete the West Entrance will be their new front doors. Cars will have access to an alley where patrons can be safely dropped off and picked up directly in front of this new maximally-accessible entrance.

The Triple Door

Earshot Jazz works to make jazz accessible to all by providing tiered pricing system and discounts to most events. Discounts available for senior citizens (60+), Earshot Jazz members, students, and military (active and veteran).

This year’s festival features over 40 concerts, and we are currently in the process of setting up livestreaming. All livestreams will occur simultaneously with the live in-person concerts.

The Buy Now button on an event page will take you to a secure site to purchase tickets. When available, a livestream option will be provided. You can view a guide to our live stream instructions here. The livestream will be a one-time stream available only at the time listed on your ticket. If you have any problems, email us! We’re happy to help.

At the time of purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a url to access the concert stream. Another email with the event url will be sent out shortly before the event begins.

Gold Card

With over 40 concerts this year, the Gold Card is an all access pass to events rather than buying tickets seperately. You can learn more about that here, and you can purchase Gold Cards here.

Overview

Please read this section to acquaint yourself with our policy before taking part in any Earshot Jazz in-person event. Our policy may change as health and government agencies issue new guidelines, and we will update this policy accordingly.

Policies may differ for events produced by one of our presenting partners. Please refer to their policies for those details.

If a venue partner’s policy is more stringent than ours, their policy will be enforced. 

Proof of Vaccination No Longer Required

While Earshot Jazz no longer requires proof of vaccination at any venue where an Earshot Jazz event is being produced (unless that venue requires proof of vaccination), Earshot recommends that individuals be vaccinated.

Masking No Longer Required

Masks are optional. If you would like to mask up, please remember to bring your own.

In the Event of Illness or Contact with COVID-19

We ask that any individual who is not feeling well, suspects they might be ill, or who has come into contact with the virus, to stay home.
