Earshot Jazz Ticketing Policy

Earshot Jazz is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. All ticket sales are final and non-transferrable, including both livestream an in-person events.

In the event that you cannot attend an event that you have purchased a ticket for, we are pleased to either:

  1. Apply the cost of your ticket to a future Earshot Jazz produced show
  2. Convert the ticket amount to a charitable donation

Earshot Jazz Privacy Policy

Earshot Jazz values protecting the privacy of your personal information. The policies below are applicable to all websites and applications produced and maintained by Earshot Jazz (collectively referred to as the “Earshot Jazz Website”.)  We have established this privacy policy to let you know the kinds of information we may gather during your visit to the Earshot Jazz Website, why we gather this information, what we use it for, and how you can manage it.

By visiting the Earshot Jazz Website, you accept the practices described in our privacy policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this privacy policy, we ask that you do not use the Earshot Jazz Website. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of our privacy policy from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the Earshot Jazz Website following the posting of changes to these terms means you accept those changes.

Personal Information

Earshot Jazz collects and stores the information that you enter into the Earshot Jazz Website in order to provide the products and services that you have ordered or requested, to process orders, to send order and donation confirmations, and to provide customer service. For example, when you become a member, make a donation, or purchase tickets online, we may collect and store your name, billing address, email address, telephone number, credit card number, and credit card expiration date.

Anonymous Information: Traffic Data

Earshot Jazz also automatically gathers certain “anonymous information” about your interaction with the Earshot Jazz Website. This is information that does not identify you individually. Generally, this information is collected through “traffic data” and may involve the use of Cookies, IP addresses, or other numeric codes used to identify a computer. We also collect information regarding user traffic patterns and site usage. This information is used to analyze and improve the Earshot Jazz Website.

E-News

Earshot Jazz offers free monthly enews to keep you up-to-date on programs and events. We do not sell, rent, or share your email information with anyone. You may always opt-out of receiving future email messages and newsletters. You can stop receiving email communications from us at any time by selecting the “unsubscribe” text link provided at the bottom of all email communications.

Security

Earshot Jazz takes reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of all User Information. Personal information collected by the Earshot Jazz Website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. In many instances, such as in the case of credit card numbers and all online purchases, the personal information is encrypted before you conduct your transaction. With that said, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed as absolutely safe. Earshot Jazz cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or information we transmit to you from our website.

Changes to this Agreement

Earshot Jazz reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of our privacy policy from time to time without notice. Your use of the Earshot Jazz Website after any particular revision of this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
