Chuck Deardorf Memorial Musicians’ Hang

Friends, family, and colleagues of legendary jazz bassist, educator, mentor, husband, father, and friend Chuck Deardorf will gather once again to join in celebration of Chuck’s legacy of a lifetime of music and contribution to the NW jazz community! Please join in the gathering, to create another amazing NW Jazz hang for the books!

Performances will be offered by various luminary NW jazz artists, in informal and fluid trios, quartets, and quintets. Please feel free to forward this event to folks who were part of CD’s solar system, and come by to share the love! If you’re a musician who is part of his expanding universe moving forward and would like to be a part of the music, do get in touch, we’re starting a spreadsheet of those who will be interested in playing together.

Doors open at 6:30. Laughter and hugs begin shortly thereafter!
