Northwest-raised Joe Doria ( www.joedoriamusic.com)  has been composing and performing on Hammond B3 organ, piano and various vintage keys/synths since the early 90s.  Steeped in Hammond tradition studying the giants of the instrument he also never limits himself to one style and can be seen working with new projects often.  Audiences are dazed with his ability to comp both the bass lines and the chordal structure of a song, while at the same time adding depth and dimension to every song he performs.  Doria brings together some of the best of the Northwest music scene to create a powerful and jaw-dropping jazz and funk scene like you’ve never heard, exhibiting a mix of stellar musicianship, seasoned songwriting and deep groove.  McTuff (www.mctuffmusic.com) began in 2008 as an ode to jazz organ greats Jimmy Smith and Captain Jack McDuff.  Guitarist Andy Coe and drummer Tarik Abouzied display their exceptional talents as part of the McTuff trio.  They’ve showcased their music in extensive touring in the US, and locally held a lengthy residency at Seattle’s legendary Seamonster Lounge.  Don’t miss a great performance of McTuff in the beautiful confines of Marine View.
